The Presale of Lucifer - Subscription based sale held on Pinksale platform

Please read thoroughly to get the necessary info about subscription based presale!

To kickstart the project, a presale of 100 ETH will be held on Pinksale platform.

Pinksale is one of the biggest and trusted launchpad in the world with over 13,000 successful presales being filled on their platform.

The presale will be held as a subscription presale. Everyone will receive tokens based on the ratio of the total raised amount.

In the subscription format, users can commit an amount of ETH towards a token sale, where their final allocation of the new token is determined by the ratio of their committed ETH against the total committed ETH by all participating users. Since the presale has 100 ETH hard cap. A user commits 10 ETH and other users commit a total of 990 ETH during the subscription period. It means total 1000 ETH committed to the pool. This user would receive a ratio of 10 ETH/1000 ETH, or 1% of all tokens offered in the presale pool. Which in this case is 1% of 100 ETH = 1 ETH. He will receive his 9 ETH back and he will get 1 ETH worth of tokens.

However, since there is a hardcap per user, users that hit the hardcap will have their allocation passed on to the other participants that committed less ETH. Once the subscription pool is finalized, we will deduct the corresponding amount from each user based on the token rate. Then users can withdraw their committed ETH from the pool.
